A man is not old until regrets take the place of dreams. John Barrymore
One thing I realized that my yesterday ended last night. Today has so much more to offer and I most look ahead and prepare cause to look back and regret will not add anything to my life. Life can be understood by looking backwards. Hind sight is 20/20. You have seen what happened. You experienced what happened now what are you going to do with that experience? You must live life forward and pull from all those experiences good and bad.
I read in "believe you can" by John Mason that experience is at best yesterday's answer for today's problem. Your past is not your potential. Never build your future around your past. yesterday is gone and never to be relived. To reach your maximized potential you must shake off every part of your previous life and strive to be all that God called and equipped you to be.
Failures are boot camp experiences. You are like that private that enlisted and through those 6 weeks of camp experiencing the ups and downs. Going through the failures, hurts, loneliness and sometimes despair but at graduation you are able to see how every experience made him/her into what is needed for their military journey. I believe our experiences can shape and mold us into the General God has created us to be.
Have a "Miraculous Monday". Love you Guys

What I have to Offer is Valuable
What I have to Offer is VALUABLE
As I sit here thinking about my departure from one job and moving on to the next I began to think about what I bring to the table. Whatever you think you have to offer, I’m relatively sure that it’s one thousand times bigger and more important to the world than you think it is. We look at things are small when the world is saying this is exactly what we need and GOD is say that is your reason for being in the earth. You were put here to solve this problem. I have equipped you with everything you need to do just what I created you to do. But often WE look at other people's gifts and talents and seem to think we don't have as much to offer. You have just as much and more because GOD gave it to you.
Step 1
Step back and remove yourself from the negative chatter and the hustle and bustle of your life to gain an empowered perspective of who you are, and to make fuller use of the talents and strengths you possess.
Step 2
Mark 6:31 "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest." Get alone with God share with Him your issues and concerns. Seek Him for direction for God Given Dreams. REMEMBER....You possess the power and the responsibility to determine your future and destiny. Remember, you were created to accomplish something that no one else can accomplish. As you hear God know that his dreams are always bigger than you can see. Joseph was given a dream of the palace when he was in the field. David was called a man of valor when he was hiding in the cave. Abram was a father of many nations when he was childless. When all said and done, note this one thing Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Step 3
Believe GOD and Get Up, Move out, pursue your GOD given Destiny.

CRAZY ENOUGH TO DREAM BIG DREAMS
We serve a God of abundance not scarcity. When you are serving God, you shouldn’t use zero sum math. God creates, he doesn’t just manage what is. If we will trust the words of Jesus enough to lose our life, we will find it. If we will dream a God-sized dream and cast a big vision, we will find God still multiplies loaves and fishes as people hear a compelling vision large enough to sacrifice for. I’m convinced we have untold resources in our churches waiting on a vision grand enough to unleash them.
1 Samuel 26:25 Then Saul said to David, "May you be blessed, my son David; you will do great things and surely triumph." So David went on his way, and Saul returned home.
God says in his Word that everything we undertake will prosper, the first big question is: What are you undertaking or starting? There are some people that only wait in the Lord but don't do anything at all, they don't have plans; if there is someone that ischallenged enough to dream big dreams, it is the born again believers because we know that God is powerful. God is just getting started with what He has in store for our lives. Greater things will come if you learn to be brave and trust God to open the doors.
I have to remind myself Teresa you are not in charge of opening the doors. I am in charge of being ready when God opens them.
If there is no dream, no challenge, in your heart, you will become dissatisfied. God made us to want and expect more; God wants to bless you at a higher level. What have you begun in order for God to bless it? God made us, He knows what we are capable of. He is our maker, He made us like himself, according to His image, He knows our potential, and you have in you, all that you need to see open doors before you, God put it all there and He knows you can do it.
In this passage, Saul his worst enemy acknowledges David's qualities. Saul wanted to kill him, he had been hunting him down and in previous chapters you can see how David spared his life, so then Saul acknowledges David's qualities and says to him "no doubt, you will undertake great things". Whenever there is a man or a woman who is an undertaker that dares to believe God and decides to prosper in everything they do, even enemies have to admit God is with that person and that He is taking him by the hand guiding him from one victory to the next.
What are you dreaming about? Just don't survive. Daily just making an effort to get through. Accept the potential that you hold on the inside of you.
Dreams of blessing, prosperity, a house, a career, a family, God gives you dreams, not small ones, big ones. God wants to give you dreams, trust him, He has expectations in you, He's counting on you, because the dreams you hold inside were placed there by His own hand. That is why if you want to see things you have never seen before, you are going to have to do what never did before. God's dreams make you do crazy things, God doesn't speak to you with logic, He speaks to you with his might and power, the language He uses are dreams and visions, if you have a dream, it is God speaking to you. When God pushes us to do crazy things, it is because those crazy things activate God's Word. This is what we call prophetic acts; if you dream about a house, go and get yourself a Home Magazine start reading about the feature, cost, locations, and etc so you know what to do when it's time to go mark your territory, if you dream about traveling go and get yourself a passport. Unleash your faith, with prophetic acts. God will reveal to you, He will give you dreams, don't be afraid to be called crazy; God will prosper and bless you.

In the Birthing ROOM
Birthing your DREAM is like birth a baby, When you’re right there in it – it’s messy, awkward and uncomfortable. But one thing I I know that if I just keep PUSHING through it – I’ll birth. It doesn’t have to make sense right now. I don’t have to know what I’m doing. WHY? Because I have a Doctor, Nurse, and other staff in the room. But because they are trained in this area I don’t have to see how it’s all going to work out but I know it will. CASE IN POINT! Get a mentor, coach (Stephanie Stephanie M. Kirkland) or friend that has already gone through it to help you through it. Allow them to use their skills, experience, and training to help you birth your DREAMS!

I am a D.R.E.A.M Woman Conference -Rice Chapel AME
I just want to praise God for all that HE did this weekend during the conference. I believe people actually tapped into their potential. I believe people actually began to believe in their GOD who is the giver of dreams. I believe that we are more Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing and Mature People. Can't say Women because we have about 6 men this weekend. Now isn't my GOD good. He allowed us to conceive (defined) – To become pregnant with; to form in the mind; to think or imagine. GOD gave some dreams and visions this weekend. He reminded some of us dreams that we had allowed to die. He assure some that you can dream dreams and have visions. You dreams and visions has to be of GOD! They are GOD given. Joel 2: 28 and Acts 2:17 – Old men shall dream dreams; young men shall see visions. Whatever God says, He does it!

The Church Teaching Center Workshop
The first session of I am a D.R.E.A.M. Woman workshop was held Sunday, April 14, 2013 with 14 participants. We had lunch, icebreaker, door prizes and fellowship. This week we complete our dream boards. We are following Habakkuk 2:2 Then the LORD replied: "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.. Visualizing not only where I am but where I am going. With these boards really go out on a limb. If you want to live on the ocean in a beautiful house, find a picture of that house on the ocean. Look for pictures that really light you up inside when you look at them. Where I am can't even contain where I am going. Inseebmy future and it's much brighter than my past. Session 3 we will review our boards and hold one another accountable. session 4, now that we know where we are going we prepare ourselves mentally and physically. Branding yourself makeovers in session 4. Creating the total package to complete everything God called is to do.

Believing Beyond My Circumstances
I believe in the sun, even though it doesn’t shine,
I believe in love, even when it isn’t shown,
I believe in God, even when he doesn’t speak.
What are you believing for today? Do you believe God can and will heal every hurt? Do you believe that because His word says He will supply every need that He must meet your needs today? Why? Because He is a GOD of truth and can't lie. He is GOD that cannot fail. So I came to encourage you that in spite of what you are experiencing you must continue to believe God. When the sun doesn't shine do you say there is no such thing as the sun? No! You wait for the clouds to pass and the sun shine through. Well the same is true when it seem like you are not going to make or GOD is just not going to do it this time. Keep believing the sun will shine through those clouds. We must believing that my GOD will never leave nor forsake us. Max Lucado said he believes in love even when it isn't shown. I believe in love when people are rude to me. I believe in love when my hubby and I disagree. Because I have had one negative situation does not cause me to turn away and lose faith in love. With this said, you must continue to believe in your purpose. You must continue to trust GOD in your situation. I promise you that He will come through. Last but not least. I believe in GOD when He doesn't speak.
Daniel 3:17-18 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king. 18 But even if he does not, we want you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”
Finally to the point that I am like the Hebrew boys if the circumstances are bad I will worship GOD who is faithful in all situations. I will worship GOD who knows my end from the beginning. I will serve my GOD that loves me in the midst of it all. Serving GOD is a wonderful thing
D.R.E.A.M (Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, Mature) Woman keep believing in your dreams because our GOD is faithful.
1 Corinthians 2: 9-10
However, as it is written:
“What no eye has seen,
what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”[a]—
the things God has prepared for those who love him—
what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”[a]—
the things God has prepared for those who love him—
10 these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit.
If you are a little confused on this journey, the scripture is saying that His plans are little beyond or own comprehension but are revealed by the HOLY SPIRIT! If you want to know your next instructions get in His presence.

Believing God in the Midst of the Water, River and Fire
I attended my church "The Church Teaching Center's Fifteenth Anniversary Celebration this weekend and it was absolutely life changing. We had a great words on relationships on Friday, annual gala on Saturday, and Elder Erica Lakin on Sunday and she ministered a great word on the SHIFT. One scripture shared was Isa 43:3 KJV When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. She explained that the opportuned word here was WHEN letting us know that we will go throught the waters but GOD would save thee. We would go through the rivers but they would not OVERFLOW thee. We would experience fire but we would not get burned. God was giving us inspiration along with confirmation that things would come but in it all He is still God that is in control of everything. Elder Lakin gave 5 point on the Shift and one that stuck out to me was FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real). As I cried on the alter God confirmed: Fear not!
(2 Tim 1:7 KJV) For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
A. God wants us to walk in Faith, not fear. Fear is the opposite of Faith.
B. Fear cannot live where there is faith.
C. Faith cannot work where there is fear.
D. Love of God casts out all fear.
(Gen 15:1 KJV) After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
A. We do not fear, as God is our shield. This is why the Word tells us to put on the whole armor of God.
B. God is our everlasting reward.
(Deu 1:21 KJV) Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.
E. God never intends for us to be discouraged. If (Since) God be for me who can be against me. Praise the Lord! Because He is always Faithful. I thank God for the word and never leaving me and always being there to comfort me.
Lord if I am in the way move me out of the way. Lord, direct my steps and give confirmation as you take charge in my life. D.R.E.A.M. woman go up and possess what God has promised you. MOVE in this season the wind is blowing JUMP in the Wind and allow God to take you into your destiny. FEAR you have no authority or power in what God has promised me. AMEN

It has been a long week. I am in the middle of planning a black tie gala for my church. I have a lot going on at the store and with the upcome I am a D.R.E.A.M. Woman events. I missed you guys. I don't have a lot to say tonight but GOD is truly good and His mercy endureth forever. He is faithful to do just what He promised.
In my life right now a lot of things seem to be held up. But delay does not mean denial. God has not changed His mind. I will keep pressing toward the mark.
1. God uses delays to prepare us. The Israelites were a slave people and they weren't prepared for war, and God knew if they went to war they wouldn't be able to handle it. Every dream has its difficulties. God uses delays to get us ready for those difficult times that we are going to face during the course of our journey. These delays are designed to strengthen our faith and make us stronger.
You are being prepared for that blessing that is just right around the corner. I am speaking increase, expansion and blessings over your life.
Good night and God Bless Evangelist Teresa D. Niles

2. God uses delays to test us.
Deut. 8:2, "God led you through the wilderness for forty years... testing you
to find out how you would respond and if you would obey Him." God uses
delays to test how we will respond under pressure and to test our loyalty and
obedience to Him.
3. God uses delays to train us
because sometimes it takes longer to get Egypt out of us than it does to get us
out of Egypt. The culture and habits of Egypt was engrained in the hearts and
minds of the Israelite people. God could bring them out of Egypt in one night
but it would take years to get Egypt out of them. When you and I got saved we
had habits and thought patterns that were of this world. When we got saved those
thought patterns and habits came with us. God uses the delays to break those
habits and thought patterns and train you in His way of thinking and doing
things. The best thing to do when you are in God's waiting room is be patient
and let God do His work in your life.Saturday, March 30, 2013

If you have been in the same rut and seeking something different for you life you don't want to miss the Friday night. I promise you that I have heard from God and I promise you that He cares about your situation. I also promise if you seek change He will give you that change. The ball is now in your court. Saturday we will make our action boards. On Saturday we will write the vision and make it plain for your life. Without a vision the people PERISH. The things you have been dreaming about we are going to put those things into action. It's not enough to be a DREAMER because the words says Faith without works is dead. So we are going to put our faith into action by make ACTION Boards. We are going to plan our actions. We will stop being reactive but proactive and began to act upon our God given Dreams. Some powerful quotes we will discuss.
Do it, and then you will feel motivated to do it." - Zig Ziglar
- “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” - Mark Twain
- “As I grow older I pay less attention to what men say. I just watch what they do.” - Andrew Carnegie.
- “Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it.” - Jules Renau
- “I never worry about action, but only about inaction.” - Winston Churchill.
- “Vision without action is a dream. Action without vision is simply passing the time. Action with Vision is making a positive difference.” - Joel Barker

Don't Abort!
God is faithful to His promises. I was given a word from God some years ago and it seems as if it is never going to come to pass. But through reading the word today God reminded me of the old saying "He may not come when you want Him but He is always on time".
In 1 Samuel 15, the prophet anoints David the king of Israel - but it would be 18 chapters before David would take the throne. His training required ducking spears, hiding in caves, running from Saul for 7 years. David was despised with a promise. Not only did he has a promise he was anointed.
This made me think of a book "Dream Releasers" where the author said God does the same with us. Wayne Cordeiro says if you are a dreamer and you plan to see your dream come to pass, you must develop the critical character qualities of endurance, integrity, wisdom, discernment, maturity and authenticity- none of which appear overnight. They come only to those who stay in the plan of God.
I write to you today "Don't abort the DREAM"! Stay in the will of God. You may be like David and wondering why would God give me a dream and I have to go through so much pain. You are on the wheel and being shaped and molded into the best you. D.R.E.A.M. (Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, Mature) Woman hang in there this too shall come to pass.
God Bless.

Trouble Don't Last Always
Today was a long but wonderful day. It is a day that the Lord has made and despite it all I will rejoice in it. I sat hours researching business ideas today. The scripture says in Proverbs 8:12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, find out knowledge of witty inventions. As I sat seeking the Lord on where HE is directing my life He keeps on giving me ideas that I know I could have never thought of on my own.
As you began to step out into your Red Sea you began to see obstacles moved out of your way. I would often use the excuse that I did not go to school for that or I don't have the skills for that. But now God is removing every excuse I could ever think of.
The last year has been up and down bu through it all GOD has kept His promises. He has been Jehovah Jireh my provider. He has truly blessed me going in and going out. If you had told me 2 years ago I could have made it through this I probably would have doubted you. All I can say while I am still in it is "But GOD"!
You see God does not look upon trouble as we do. Where
we see problems He sees opportunities. Where we see crisis, He sees growth and maturity. God's purpose in these times is to teach His
children precious lessons. Your problems, failures and issues are intended to educate and build us up. And
when we learn from them and ride out these storms of life, we will see the great
promise fulfilled.
So when bad stuff happens, we
need to see it as a time tolearn and to trust Him. Believing that All thing work together for them that Love God and are call according to His purpose. . And when it is
over we can look back and see that our trials have been necessary. We are
better, He is glorified!
Hold on to your dream despite of your sorrow. He will finish the good work He began in you.

I Don't Feel No Ways Tired...It Shall Come To Pass
He Didn't Bring You This Far to Leave You
James Cleveland wrote I don’t feel no ways tired. I’ve come too far from where I started from.
Nobody told me that the road would be easy. BUT I DON’T BELIEVE HE BROUGHT ME THIS FAR TO LEAVE ME.”
Nobody told me that the road would be easy. BUT I DON’T BELIEVE HE BROUGHT ME THIS FAR TO LEAVE ME.”
Today I have climbed some mountains and I've been through some valleys but I know God has been with me through it all. He has allowed me to grow through some situations. Today was very slow at the store and I started to look at it in a negative way. But God reminded me that He is my provider. Yesterday a lady came in and she lost her job she was in tears and my husband was there to share his testimony of how his trust was in a job. He traveled, he moved, he worked overtime and one day he was told he was no longer needed. After his sharing she left with some hope that GOD did not bring her this far to leave her. Sometimes we see it one way but GOD has a plan so much greater than our plans.
Psalm chapter 37:25 says, “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
Some of us have been walking the walk for a mighty long time. It seems like the vision is tarrying and never gonna come to pass. Take a moment and see that you have come a long ways from where you started from. The road hasn’t been easy. There has some difficult situations and some turbulent storms.
But, nobody told you that the road would be easy. No matter what you are going through today, I can’t believe He brought you this far, just to leave you! Hebrews 13:5 say He will never leave you nor forsake you.
In the book of Exodus we find the children of Israel being led out of Egypt’s bondage to the Promised Land. Pharaoh had them in bondange and they cried out to God for deliverance.God sent Moses to be their deliverer. The day came for their departure from Egypt and leave behind slavery.
But they came to the Red Sea! There was no way across. Pharaoh had changed his mind about allowing them to go free, and he was after them. It looked like their doom was sealed. If Pharaoh caught up with them, they knew he would certainly make life miserable for them.
Can you imaging old Moses, standing up to comfort the people because he had a word from God. He had just heard from God! The bible does not say this but I can imagine Moses saying “Now, children! Just calm down! Don’t get all scared on me now. I don’t believe He brought us this far, just to leave us.” We have come too far from where we started from.”
While birthing the dream Youwill face those Red Sea experiences, where you have no place to go, and the old devil is on your trail hot and heavy. Mountains of difficulty may be on both sides of you. The sea ofmay be in front of you. The enemy of destruction may be behind you. But I don’t believe that He brought you this far, just to leave you!
Phillipians 1:6 - New American Standard BibleFor I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.
Press forth and watch your Red Sea roll up in a heap and you shall cross on dry land while your enemy is being swallowed up.
Be blessed and watch God do it.
Evangelist Teresa D. Niles.

Stagger Not at the PROMISE... Walk in Faith!
A few days ago I blogged that God is always bigger than your dream. God is always bigger than your problem. So what I want to share with you today is although you may have a dream just like Joseph you will face some giants. But as Donald Lawrence says in his song "Giants they do fall, the bigger they are the hard they fall. So I hope you can see by now that walking/living by faith is not always going to be easy. We all face challenges. It’s just that when you are believer and you are standing in faith, you can face those challengeswith God and knowing that you are not alone. Abraham, for example, had to believe God to have a baby when he was 99 years old and his wife was 90. Now they had been trying all their lives. Sarah was barren. The physical evidence was clearly staring him in the face. But the Bible says that he believed in a God, “Who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were” (Rom 4:18). In other words, he had to believe that God was bigger than his body, Sarah’s body, and every negative reality that was associated with this situation. In the natural, their dream of having a baby should have been dead, but Abraham believed in a God that could give life to any dead situation. He believed in a God who looked at darkness and spoke life, who could look at barrenness and speak birth, who could look at destruction and speak peace, and who could look at death and speak life! That’s the kind of God Abraham believed in. Because of his belief, he was able to “consider not” (or forget about) every negative thing staring him the face. His decision to consider not, enabled him to “stagger not” (or remain in faith) at the promise of God. In other words, Abraham’s focus was not on his problem, but rather on God’s promise.
I am facing some situations today but I have chosen to continue to dream. I've chosen to soar above every obstacle that's in my way. I stagger not at the promises of God. He will truly make a way out of know way. The God I serve operates best in the last hour. So I speak that doors are being open to me today. The proposal that I submitted today has been approved. He has give me the keys and I am using them to unlock opportunities in my life. I thank God for using me to be a blessing in the lives of othes. So D.R.E.A.M. (Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, Mature) Woman whatever you are facing today please focus on promise not the problem. What did God say about your situation?
Be Blessed that you may be a blessing.

Are you your "DREAM KILLER"?
I was having a conversation with my Pastor last week and we were talking about dreams and dream killers, He said something so powerful and it really made me think. He said most people are killers of their own dreams. We kill our dreams with negative talk. We kill our dreams by living beneath our privileges and choosing to walk by sight and not faith. Dreams die because people choose to live in SIN. Regardless of how great our gifts are we must be aligned with the word of God. GOD can't bless no MESS!
Today, I decided to ask God to show me how I am hindering His dreams for my life and limiting my potential in life. How am I am reacting to various situations in my life.Do I live up to my potential? Am I still angry with father that did not raise me? Am I angry with the guy that left me? Do I still hold a grudge against the boss that fired me? You see we must stop blaming God and other people for our problems and realize that we do have the power to make choices that will change our lives for the better. Will you decide with me that rather than being a victim who believes that the world happens to us,let's decide to be a victor who believes that we happen to the world. When we step into our churches, offices, communities things change for the better. You see when we allow God to work through us every day situations and circumstances must change. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. I am more than a conqueror I have the power and passion to change my situation. What about you?
When you look in the mirror what do you See? What do you speak? I speak life.
Affirmations to apply to your life:
1.
I am a daughter of the Most High God
2.
I will see my dreams and destiny
fulfilled no matter what has happened in my life.
3.
I have new levels of GOD’s favors as
I press on in faith in HIM in the midst of it all.
4.
I hear GOD speaking
extraordinary things about me.
5.
I am armed and equipped: I;m blessed,
I am rich, I have favor of God.
"You see a cat but I see a Lion because of the power, boldness, and anointing from GOD".

The Dream Is Always Bigger than YOU!
Proverbs 29:18 says, Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, but happy is he who keeps the law.
Whenever God wants to accomplish something in our lives He gives us a dream. Dreams are what motivate us to move forward. Dreamers are often the laughingstock of society and may times in the church. People look at things that are bigger than you and bigger than them and immediately believe it's impossible. Yes, maybe for me but not for my God. God is bigger than any dream that I could ever dream.

Joseph was a dreamer. His brothers were laughing and even tried to kill him when he shared his dream. However, nobody was laughing when His dream came to pass and everyone was fed. You may be laughing at me now but watch God. Your dream is always bigger than you. In other words, it must require extreme faith or else we will be tempted to accomplish it on our own.
D.R.E.A.M (Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, Mature) Woman it is time to take action. Remember, faith is active not passive. You must Do Something With the Dream That God Has Given You! Nothing will happen until we begin to move forward.
Dreams will cost you something. You must be willing to sacrifice your time, your money, and your energy into the dream.
Quit living in the past! Live in the Present and watch God orchestrate your future. I charge you to let go of the problems, struggles, shattered dreams, and failures. Be willing to move forward. Paul said in Philippians 3:13 Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Dare to Dream Again
Do you remember when you were a
child and no dream seemed too big? Some of us thought we would walk on the
moon; some dreamed of being a movie star; others imagined playing in the NFL or the NBA. Every one of us, when we were young, had a common
trait—we were dreamers. The world hadn’t gotten to us yet to show us that we
couldn’t possibly achieve what our hearts longed for. But somehow someone told that young man that dreamed to be an engineer that you are not good in math and you will never be an engineer. Or maybe you were the young lady that aspired to be a model and someone said you are too fat to be a model. They both laid down their dreams because of the world's standards. Only if someone was there to tell them all things are possible to them that believe. If you make the plan and work the plan it is possible.
Instead, just like them, we eventually start to let our
dreams die. People began to tell us that we couldn’t do the things we wanted.
That it just was impossible. We are told responsible people don’t pursue their dreams. Responsible people settle down,
get a job, be dependable. They take care of business, live the mundane, content life. You know the way alot of us are. We work at jobs we hate. However, we need a check to pay the bills. Our whole lives are driven by bills and debt. But I hear God saying "Dare to Dream Again"! I will do exceedingly abundantly above all you can ask or think.
Remember, successful
people always begin with a God given dream. They dream big dreams and then display great
courage to do things that others say cannot be done.
I declare that D.R.E.A.M. (Determined, Responsible, Empowering, Amazing, Mature)Women are:
- Letting go of past hurts
- Rising above mental boundaries
- Picturing their dreams accomplished
- Writing the Vision and Making it Plain
- Stepping into their God Given Purpose
News Flash: Dreamers are risk-takers and are always in the minority. Once you began to walk in the plan that God has for your life many will not understand. They will give you their advice according to the world. I've decided to stop listening to the world because I hear the call of God and It's so GREAT! What about you?

Birthing the DREAM
Hello D.R.E.A.M. Woman,
A dream is a seed that God plants in the fertile soil of your heart. In order for a seed to produce fruit, it must go through a process of development.
The first stage is conception. Conception - the process of arriving at an abstract idea or belief or the moment at which such an idea starts to take shape or emerge
This is when God places a vision or a dream in your heart. Once the dream is in your heart, it must go through the second stage.
The second stage is Development- the process of changing and becoming larger, stronger, or more impressive, successful, or advanced, or of causing somebody or something to change in this way
Development, growth and maturity must take place before you can give birth to the fulfillment.
The time of conception until the time of fulfillment is the most important time to protect your dream.
This is the time when the enemy, other people, and even you, may try to abort your dream through hurt, unbelief, discouragement, and impatience.
But we all need to remember that once God has planted a dream within our heart, He has every intention of bringing it to pass. “Faithful is He that calleth you, is HE who will also do it.”
First Thessalonians 5:24 - He who calls you is faithful; hhe will surely do it. God is going to do what He said in your life. No matter what is may look like it it. Protect the Dream. Take failure as an opportunity to learn how to do it better next time. There is no failure in God. This is another opportunity to birth this thing. I am only being Devloped. D.R.E.A.M girl it is maturity time.

A Mature D.R.E.A.M. Woman
Good Morning D.R.E.A.M Woman,
The Word for the day is MATURE. Are you mature in the things of God?
Paul said, when I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. “When I was a child I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child”. “But when I became a man I put away childish things.” (1 Corinthians 13:11)
One of the first things apparent from Paul’s words is that it’s appropriate to have different expectations of mature individuals. When I meet someone mature my expectations are much different than those of a child. Often you meet adults that are doing exhibiting childish behavior. If you don’t believe peruse FB and read randomly post. Church attendance, age, and gifts does not make a person mature.
A D.R.E.A.M (Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, and Mature) Woman is a woman of virtue that does morally good. She aims to always learn what the right thing is and then do it. This is not about being "holier than thou" or perfect but rather living a life of good works and moral behavior.
D.R.E.A.M ((Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, Mature) Woman if you are rooted in Christ, then you should be growing in Him. Evaluate yourself and your situations. Are you still in the same place you were last year, last month or even last week? If so we need to set our focus on where GOD has called us to be and press forward. Mature woman I am speaking no more stagnation in our lives there is refreshing water flowing in and out. A flowing stream is constantly fed by a higher water source. Allow God to feed your Dream today as you pour into others on your way.

This song truly blesses me each time I listen to it. Hold on to your dreams no matter what it looks like. Pick up your DREAMS and run with them. Leap high and reach for the stars. It's not too late.

You are Simply an "Amazing" D.R.E.A.M. Woman
Good Afternoon D.R.E.A.M. Woman,
Today I am seeing myself as the AMAZING woman God created me to be. Do you see yourself the way God sees you. You and I are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). When I look in the mirror I see the person that was created in the image and likeness of GOD. I see a woman that was created for SUCCESS. I see a woman who worth is more than rubies. That is surely amazing when I think about how many times I have fallen short of His glory yet when God sees me He see himself in me.
I am unique!
There is no one quite like Teresa D. Niles. There is no one like _______________(your name here)
With that in mind I’ve stepped out of the crowd.
And I am
- Showing my own style
- Wearing my own smile
- Living out my Dreams
- All while walking in the ways of God
This is the life of a D.R.E.A.M. (Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, Mature) Woman. She continues to press through the obstacles, while moving past the hurt, and decides to celebrate during the pain. Why? Because, my God is for us it does not matter who’s is against us. That’s Simply Amazing!
Empowered to be all that He Created me to be
o far this week we have covered Determined and Responsible. I will continue to share what it means to be a D.R.E.A.M (Determined, Responsible, Empowered, Amazing, Mature) Woman.
Empowered -To equip or supply with an ability; enable
Ladies God has equipped or supplied us with the ability not only to dream but to live our dreams. God has equipped you with everything you need to fulfill your destiny. If you stay the journey God will move people and obstacles out of your way. Grow weary not in well doing for in due time you shall reap. Gal 6:9.
My affirmation on today:
•I am empowered to change both my life and the lives of others.
•I am empowered to move past the status quo and create a life you can be proud of.
The most effective way to do it, is to do it. - Amelia Earhart.
Ladie Let's DO IT!!! Be Empowered today!!God bless
